About Cape Light

The townhouse is located on the corner of Commercial Street and Johnson Street, in the early part of what is considered the East End and before the Gallery District. We are across the Street from the Johnson Street beach access ("town landing"). The townhouse is in a historic building that has been completely renovated.

The home is centrally-located and provides convenient access to all the Provincetown has to offer.

As an added convenience, you will have our tandem parking spot that fits 2 vehicles.

There is a spacious bedroom on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom. The washer and dryer are also on the first floor.

The second floor has the main living area with amazing views of the Provincetown Harbor as well as the access to the outdoor living area. It is on this floor, where you can relax and watch tv indoors while also having the option to lounge on the patio furniture or to grill out and dine al fresco while enjoying the sights and sound of our fabulous beach town. Central air conditioning and central heating throughout the townhouse makes our place very comfortable year-round.

Finally, the third floor is where you will find your private retreat, the master bedroom. Enjoy the rain shower head in a spacious tiled shower, listen to music, watch tv or lay down and enjoy the view while your head is on a comfy pillow.

For us, technology is important in providing that home-away-from-home feel. We have smart 4K LED TVs and combined with our SONOS sound system, you will be able to stream TV content and music easily in each room or throughout the house simultaneously.

You will have excellent Wifi to enable your whole group to stay connected.

We provide streaming cable service through Hulu.

As our guests, you will receive a personalized code to enter and exit the home using our Schlage Smart Lock without having to carry keys with you.
